Each invitation you received serves as one (1) complimentary ticket to Industry Appreciation Day (unless otherwise indicated). Additional representatives from your organization are welcome for a fee of $50.00 each (or $20.00 for each additional "Lunch Only" attendee). Please register any additional representatives below and mail your check, payable to the McMinn County Economic Development Authority, for the balance due. All cancellations must be made no later than noon, Monday, June 14, 2013 to receive a refund for guests.
